Gen. Flynn Calls For Obama’s D.C. Mansion To Be Raided In Russia gate Probe…

In a series of highly provocative remarks, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn has called for federal investigators to search former President Barack Obama’s Washington, D.C., residence, arguing that authorities should apply the same level of scrutiny to Obama as they did during the FBI’s 2022 search of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

Speaking during an interview with podcast host Benny Johnson, Flynn alleged that Obama has continued to exert significant influence over the Biden administration from behind the scenes. He argued that the Department of Justice should establish a special task force and appoint a dedicated prosecutor to investigate what he described as the former president’s alleged involvement in current executive operations.

Flynn’s comments come amid broader calls from some Republican lawmakers for additional investigations into former Obama administration officials. Representatives Anna Paulina Luna and Byron Donalds have both urged federal authorities to pursue criminal investigations related to the origins of the Trump-Russia probe.

During an appearance on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo, Luna cited potential violations of federal law, including alleged false statements made under oath and the dissemination of inaccurate intelligence assessments. She characterized the alleged actions of certain former officials as part of a broader effort to undermine Donald Trump’s presidency.

Donalds, who is currently running for governor of Florida, echoed the demand for accountability, arguing that anyone found to have engaged in unlawful conduct should face appropriate legal consequences.

Adding to the debate, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has said that additional declassified materials will soon be released. Gabbard has stated that the documents contain what she describes as substantial evidence concerning the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation and has raised questions about previous federal inquiries conducted by Special Counsels Robert Mueller and John Durham.

Gabbard has argued that more transparency is needed regarding decisions made by intelligence and law enforcement officials during and after the 2016 election. She has maintained that public confidence in democratic institutions depends on a full accounting of those events.

The renewed calls for investigations underscore the continuing political divisions surrounding the origins of the Trump-Russia inquiry and highlight the ongoing debate in Washington over accountability, transparency, and the role of former government officials.
