A key figure in this effort is Richard Kahn, a longtime accountant associated with Epstein’s estate, who recently testified before the House Oversight Committee.
During his testimony, Kahn was questioned about financial settlements and intricate transactions tied to Epstein’s operations and connections with influential individuals. Among the topics raised was a reported settlement involving a woman who had accused former President Donald Trump of sexual assault—an allegation that has been publicly denied. While inconsistencies in testimony do not automatically establish wrongdoing, investigators view these financial records as critical to understanding how alleged misconduct may have been handled behind the scenes.
For victims and their advocates, these developments mark a significant and long-awaited step toward uncovering the full truth. Since Epstein’s death in 2019, many questions have remained unresolved, leaving gaps in the broader narrative of his activities and network.
